I had a quick question about my order and wasn’t expecting much, but skatepro got back to me really fast. They didn’t make it complicated or send me in circles, just gave me a clear answer and helped sort it out. It’s always a nice surprise when customer service actually responds properly and makes things easy.

"Good support, just a bit of a wait"
My son’s scooter wheel started having an issue after only a few weeks, which was a bit frustrating. I emailed Skatepro with some photos and the order number, not really expecting much to come of it. To be fair, they got back to me quickly, asked for one extra detail, and then arranged a replacement under warranty. It did take a few days to arrive, so it wasn’t instant, but everything’s fine now. Overall, a bit annoying that it happened in the first place, but the customer service was easy to deal with and there was no big hassle.

"Fits Well and I’m Happy With It"
It fits really good, which is the main thing I was hoping for when I got it. Sometimes sizing can be a little hit or miss, so I was glad this worked out without needing to exchange it or anything. It feels comfortable when I have it on and it looks the way I expected it to, so overall I’m happy with it. Nothing complicated to say really, it just does what I needed it to do and I’m pleased with the purchase

I asked about scooter wheels and they actually knew what they were talking about. You know how it can be a bit hit or miss with sizes, but they helped me get the right ones first time. Delivery was quick too, so I’d definitely use them again.

"Really Happy I Finally Ordered These"
I’d been putting off getting new skates because I kept telling myself my old ones were “fine,” but I’m glad I finally ordered these. The quality is really good. They feel sturdy, the wheels roll super smooth, and nothing about them feels cheap. I haven’t used them a ton yet because I’ve been busy, but so far I’m really happy with them

"No fuss, got exactly what I ordered"
Ordered a few skate bits from SkatePro and, thankfully, everything was exactly what I picked. Sizes, colours, items, all correct, which is good because I really don’t have the patience for chasing up wrong orders. Delivery was fine too, no drama. Happy enough with it and I’d order again.

"Good fit after a quick break-in"
i mean, I ordered skates from skatepro and the size guide was accurate overall. They fit well, maybe just a little snug at first, but after one ride they already started to break in nicely. Solid experience, 4 stars from me

"Brake Issue Was Annoying, But They Fixed It Fast"
Had a faulty brake, which was frustrating because brakes are not exactly something you want to mess around with. Like, of all the things to go wrong, why that? But to be fair, they replaced it really quickly and got it sorted without a big hassle. Annoying problem, solid response.

I had to send back a pair of skates because the sizing just wasn’t quite right for me!!! I was expecting the refund to be a bit of a pain, or to take forever... but it was all really straightforward.
Sent them back, got an email a few days later, and the money was back in my account shortly after!! No chasing, no awkward back-and-forth, no hassle at all... really happy with how easy skatepro made it.

I ordered from skatepro.uk and everything arrived fine in the end. I did get tracking updates, but there were a couple of days where it didn’t really move, so I was a bit unsure what was happening. Once it did update, delivery was quick and the item was packed well. I’d use them again, but the tracking could definitely be a bit “clearer”.

Ordered from skatepro. The item did turn up and it was all fine, no issues with the product itself. Just the delivery took longer than I thought it would. And the tracking… not great really. I kept checking it and still wasn’t totally sure when it was actually coming. So yeah, it got here eventually, everything was okay, just not exactly speedy. I’d probably use them again, but only if I wasn’t in any kind of rush.

"Easy to find what I needed"
I had a really good browse on SkatePro and ended up finding both wheels and pads in the same place, which was handy because I really didn’t feel like jumping between sites. The size options were easy to compare too, and that made the whole thing less of a faff. I’ll probably use them again next time I need something, or when I inevitably start thinking about upgrading bits I don’t really need yet.
